Clear rules for working with ActiveSpace Media — what we deliver, what we expect, and how we handle disputes.
ActiveSpace Media produces short-form video content, social media calendars, product photography, brand storytelling, and community management for brands, creators, and local businesses. Every project starts with a creative brief and a clear scope of deliverables, so you know exactly what you are getting before production begins.
You agree to provide accurate brand information, access to locations or team members needed for shoots, and timely feedback on drafts. Delays in approvals or missing assets may shift the production timeline, and we will notify you as soon as a schedule change becomes necessary.
Once a project is completed and final payment is settled, you receive full usage rights for the delivered content within the agreed scope. We retain the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place before the project starts.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, stated in your proposal. Additional rounds beyond that limit are billed separately. Final approval is confirmed in writing, and once approved, the project is considered delivered.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of content we produce, provided we have followed the approved brief. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may end a project with written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date. We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements; the latest version will always be available on this page.
